Ferrara is a city to ride.
Ferrara is the city of bicycles, and we have chosen to live it that way, every day. Take one of our twelve city bikes and go: no maps, no hurry. The city walls, the Certosa, the hidden lanes: this is the only way to really discover them.
Bike hire is open to people who are not staying with us too. And if you stay with us and arrive with your own bike, in the Annex courtyard you’ll find secure storage and the station to charge it and sort it out.

Inside the Annex bike storage there is the Stop & Go station, for hotel guests only.

Where can I hire a bike in Ferrara?
Right here, at Piazza Repubblica 5, opposite the Castello Estense: 12 city bikes with lock, 24 hours a day, even if you are not staying at the hotel.
How much does it cost to hire a bike?
€15 for a full day, lock included.
Are bikes included in the room rate?
No: bike hire is paid for hotel guests too, €15 for a full day.
Can I hire a bike even if I am not staying at the hotel?
Yes, bike hire is open to everyone.
What time can I pick up the bike?
Bike hire is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do you have e-bikes for hire?
No, our bikes are city bikes. If you are staying at the hotel and arrive with your own e-bike, you can charge it at the Stop & Go station, inside the bike storage in the Annex.
Where can I leave my bike?
If you are staying at the hotel, in the closed, video-monitored courtyard of the Annex, 130 metres from the hotel: €5 a day per bike. The storage is for guests only.
Do you have child seats?
No: we have only one model of city bike, without a child seat.
