In the morning, La Dispensa, our breakfast made with local Ferrara produce. From lunchtime to evening, the Bitter Spritz Bar. Both are open to people who are not staying with us too.

A few things, but the right ones: Negrini cured meats, honey from the Po Delta, Ferrara ring cake and Simona’s marmalade. Included for guests, and open to visitors from outside too.

Yes: it is open to everyone, every day from 12.00 to 22.00.
How much is a spritz?
€10 or €12, depending on the bitter you choose. The alcohol-free spritz is €10.
How many bitters do you have?
Over 30 Italian craft bitters, divided into the most bitter, the in-between and the sweetest. You will find the full list in the PDF menu.
Do you have beers from Ferrara?
Yes: Liquida and Lost Road, craft breweries from Ferrara. There is also Freedl, alcohol-free, which is not from Ferrara.
Can I buy a bottle of bitter?
Yes: the bitters on the menu are on sale by the bottle, from €25 to €50. Ask at the bar.
Can I have breakfast without staying at the hotel?
Yes, with the €20 breakfast voucher per person, which you buy at reception: the full La Dispensa buffet, at the same times as guests.
