Six room types in two buildings in the centre of Ferrara, from the Superior Annex to the Castle View Suite. We hide nothing: below you will find the strengths and limits of each, so you can choose without surprises.
Your dog is welcome in every room: €15 a day, with a welcome kit just for your dog.

Good to know before you choose
The Annex.
The Superior Annex and the Loft Suite Annex are in a historic building a few steps from the hotel. Breakfast, the bar and reception remain at the Annunziata.

Frequently asked questions.
Which rooms look onto the Castello Estense?
Six in all, in the main building: the three Castle View Suites and the three Castle View Superior rooms.
How many people can sleep in a room?
Up to 4 in the Loft Suite Annex, if you tell us when booking, one day in advance; up to 3 in the Castle View Suites and in one of the Superior rooms. The other rooms sleep 2.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Yes: the rates include La Dispensa, our breakfast made with local produce. Only for the Annex rooms is there also a room-only rate, without breakfast.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, in every room: €15 a day, with a welcome kit just for your dog.
Where can I park my car?
The hotel has no car park of its own and is inside the limited traffic zone (ZTL): at the entrance you can stop only to load and unload. You can leave the car in the blue-line paid parking bays with the €7 day ticket you get at check-in, or at the Borgoricco multi-storey car park, 230 metres away.
Is there a lift?
In the main building, yes, for all rooms. The Annex, 130 metres away, has no lift: you walk up (23 steps) and carry your own luggage, with a trolley available.
Is there a coffee machine or a kettle in the room?
No coffee machine, in any room. There is a kettle only in the Annex rooms.
Can I book a room with a desk?
Not every room has a desk (the others have a round table) and we cannot guarantee one at the time of booking.
Are the rooms on the square noisy?
The square is lively, but the windows are soundproofed.
