Over several spaces, from 47 to 67 square metres: room for a family or a small group, up to 4 people, in a historic building 130 metres from the hotel.
Exposed beams, beds made up for everyone and a living room to gather in the evening. Reception, breakfast and the bar are at the Annunziata, 130 metres away; in the room there is a kettle. One of the four suites, number 4, also has a 9 m² terrace.

How many people can sleep in a Loft Suite?
Up to 4 in all four suites, if you tell us when booking, one day in advance: that way you will find the beds already made up. No more than 4 people.
Is there a lift?
No: the Annex rooms are reached on foot, 23 steps. You carry your own luggage, with a luggage trolley available.
Is breakfast included?
Usually yes: La Dispensa is served at the hotel, 130 metres away. For the Annex rooms there is also a room-only rate, without breakfast: you will find it on the booking page.
Is there a kettle or a coffee machine in the room?
A kettle, yes: there is one in every Annex room. A coffee machine, no.
Is there a terrace?
One of the four suites, number 4, has a 9 m² terrace.
Where can I park my car?
The hotel has no car park of its own and is inside the limited traffic zone (ZTL): you can stop at the entrance only to load and unload, giving us your number plate at check-in. Then you can leave the car in the blue-line paid parking bays with the €7 day ticket you get at check-in (the nearest are in Via Fausto Beretta, a 4-minute walk), or at the Borgoricco multi-storey car park, 230 metres away. The Ex Mof car park, 1.1 km away, is free.
What time can I check in, and when do I have to leave the room?
Check-in is from 14.00, check-out by 11.00. If you arrive early you can leave your luggage from 8.00; if you leave late you can keep it in the lockers after check-out too.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes: €15 a day, with a welcome kit just for your dog.
