We are in the heart of Ferrara, facing Castello Estense, with a welcome designed for your dog too. Your dog sleeps with you in every room, has breakfast with you and finds a welcome kit waiting.

«Happy Bowl».
On arrival, your dog finds in the room:
- A mat
- A foldable bowl
- A pack of waste bags
- A bone or dental snack
€15 a day per dog
Why a supplement.
It is not a tax: it is respect for your dog, for the other guests and for the quality of the stay. Every stay with a dog calls for deeper cleaning and sanitisation. We would rather do it properly, every time.

House rules

Living together
- On a leash in the common areas
- Never alone in the room
- While the room is cleaned, your dog stays with you, on a leash
- Not on beds, armchairs, chairs or tables
- No hotel towels or linen for your dog
- Please help us avoid long barking
Liability
- The hotel is not liable for illness, loss or accidents involving the dog
- The owner is liable for damage to people, furnishings and the building
- Any damage will be charged

- The limit is 15 kg: if your dog weighs more, write to us before you book
- Your dog cannot stay alone in the room: if you go out without your dog, plan ahead
- There is no lift in the Annex: the rooms are reached by stairs
- If behaviour is disruptive or dangerous, the Management may end the stay

My dog weighs more than 15 kg: can I bring it?
Yes, but you need prior authorisation from the Management: write to us before you book.
Can I bring two dogs?
Yes, up to two dogs per room.
Can I leave my dog alone in the room?
No, your dog cannot be left unattended in the room.
Can my dog have breakfast with me?
Yes, in the reserved area of the breakfast room: ask our team where to sit.
Are dogs allowed in every room?
Yes, in all of them, including the rooms in the Annex, which has no lift.
Do guide dogs pay the supplement?
No, guide dogs are always welcome, with no supplement.
Do you accept cats or other animals?
No, we accept dogs only.
