- Not every room has a desk: some have a small round table instead, and we cannot guarantee one when you book. If you need a proper workstation, there is the Day Desk
- The hotel is in the historic centre: for the car there are tickets for the blue-line paid parking (€7 a day) or the Borgoricco multi-storey car park, 230 metres away
- There is no lift in the Annex

Where do I park?
At check-in you can get a €7 day ticket for the blue-line paid parking, or use the Borgoricco multi-storey car park, 230 metres away.
What time does breakfast start?
Monday to Friday at 7.00, Saturday and Sunday at 7.30.
Can I leave my luggage after check-out?
Yes: after check-out you can leave it in the lockers, free for guests. Each locker also has a socket for charging.
