- Bike storage and the Stop & Go station are for hotel guests only
- The Technogym point is for guests only, who get in with their room key card
- You buy the breakfast voucher at reception, not at the table
- The hotel is in the limited traffic zone (ZTL): if you come by car, the nearest car park is the Borgoricco multi-storey, 230 metres away
Frequently asked questions.
Can I have breakfast without staying at the hotel?
Yes: with the €20 per person breakfast voucher, which you buy at reception, you get the full La Dispensa buffet, at the same times as guests.
Is the bar open to people who are not staying at the hotel?
Yes: the Bitter Spritz Bar is open to everyone, every day from 12.00 to 22.00.
Do I have to pay to see the exhibitions?
No: the Art Gallery and FrameFlow are on the ground floor and admission is free for everyone.
Can I work at the hotel for a day?
Yes, at the Day Desk: two workstations from 7.00 to 20.00, €10 a day or €25 with breakfast at La Dispensa.
Can I hire a bike even if I am not staying with you?
Yes: €15 a day, 24 hours a day. The city bikes come with a lock; we don’t have e-bikes.
Can I leave my own bike in your bike storage?
No: the bike storage, in the Annex courtyard, is for hotel guests only.
Can I leave my luggage?
Yes: in the lockers in the library room, €6 a day per bag. Inside every locker there is a socket for charging your phone.
Can I fill my water bottle?
Yes: the free water dispenser is in the lobby, for everyone to use.
